Hi All,
To add a new field to a drop down list : We need to add the new field in Field Groups in table
Go to Object Designer --> Respective Table --> View Menu--> Field Groups--> Add the needed field as shown below.
Now you can check the add field is reflecting in drop down list
To Sort and do filtering on the added field, you need to create a key for that field in Table.
